Refund Policy

Returns

• You may return most items within 7 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
• Certain items cannot be returned, such as: Products needing to be refrigerated.

 

How to Return

1. Contact us at sales@skincandy.uk  within the return period to request a return authorisation.
2. Send the item to:

3. Please include your order number and proof of purchase with your return.

 

Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  
• Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to appear.

 
Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
  
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a refund, repair, or replacement at no extra cost to you.

Shipping Protection (Optional)

At checkout, customers may purchase Shipping Protection for £3.
If Shipping Protection is selected:

• Lost, stolen, or damaged parcels are fully covered by Skin Candy Supplies Ltd

• We will replace or refund the order in full

• Claims must be submitted within the stated timeframes provided by Customer Service

If Shipping Protection is not selected:

• Skin Candy Supplies Ltd is not responsible for parcels lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit

• Liability rests with the customer or the courier/shipping provider

• Compensation, if available, must be pursued directly with the courier

Proof of delivery will be considered final in determining successful delivery.
